SPECIAL OFFER FOR MY NEWSLETTER COMMUNITY
**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+

As a result of your many requests, I am expanding my career and
creativity coaching practice this winter to include a few new clients
who are ready to focus on visioning and achieving heartfelt personal,
professional, or creative goals. I am sharing this offer for individual
coaching sessions first with all of you in my newsletter community. As a
coach, I work with people all over the country, either by telephone, or
in person at my office in Newton, MA. As many of you know from reading
my two books, The Power of Positive Choices and The 12 Secrets of Highly
Creative Women, or listening to my workshop on audiotape, Positive
Choices: From Stress to Serenity, I am very action-oriented with clients
and use many different kinds of tests and tools to help you to zero in
on your goals and keep your promises to yourself. After 25 years in the
business, I know what works.

As the coaching relationship is a partnership, together we can help you
to:

*Jumpstart your creativity by capturing your inspirations and completing
your projects
*Market your creative project or business to the right audience
*Clarify your career/business direction using career/personality testing
and assessment tools
*Bolster your resume/marketing materials, interviewing abilities, and
career/business visioning
*Select positive life choices so you feel more in charge of your life
and less stressed
*Maximize your time to reflect your goals and achieve life balance
*Manage others using positive management interventions

These spaces are limited so please send an email to
gail@creativesuccess.com, so we can begin exploring your aspirations
right away.

POSITIVE CHOICES STEP FIVE: T IS FOR TIMING
**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+**+

They say timing is everything. I don't totally agree, but timing is
certainly an essential ingredient in success. Learning to carefully time
life changes or marketing campaigns maximizes the potential for a
positive result. Currently we are in a world crisis and decisions about
timing are even more complex than ususal. Many people are experiencing
fear and anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder on many levels. When
we are stressed, we need to be careful about initiating too many
changes, as our energy is being siphoned off elsewhere. Some folks are
having an easier time of "carrying on" during this time of trauma and
can more easily compartmentalize what is happening. Be honest about what
you are feeling in response to these world events and gently accept the
truth. If you are feeling overwhelmed, what do you need to do to get
support or take better care of yourself to help you cope more easily
with all the uncertainty? Don't judge yourself-just accept the truth and
take actions to alleviate the stress. A great resource for managing
stress is my audiotape Positive Choices: From Stress to Serenity with a
mini-workbook and 3 relaxation exercises which you can order in my
Webstore at: http://www.creativesuccess.com/store/store.html

If you are handling things and ready to make some changes in your life,
then make a personal timing plan for the next few months. What
Subtractions and Additions do you want to make to your life and what is
the best timing for you, your family, your clients, your company, and
the marketplace? Do a little survey and some research before you decide
what's best. Take this challenge to help you make the best choices:

CHALLENGE

1) What can you comfortably handle in the change department this year?
Or are you burned out, feeling vulnerable, and coping with too much
already?
2) What changes can you postpone until another time to free up your
energy? We're not talking procrastination here but simply about
activities that are okay to delay.
3) If you are truly motivated to write a musical comedy or start a
business or learn tai chi, when is the best time for you to do it and
what support do you need to get started?
4) What is your history with the issue of timing? Are you ahead of your
time, behind the times, or on target?

Good luck with your timing plans!
